Ekta Digital is an institutional compute trading company focused on sourcing, structuring and delivering AI compute capacity. We act as a single trusted counterparty between organizations that need compute and the global infrastructure market that supplies it.
We work both sides of the market. For buyers, that means market access, price discovery, negotiated terms and structured execution through one desk. For infrastructure providers, it means competitive price discovery and distribution into qualified demand for available, reserved or forward capacity.
Standing between the two, we add liquidity and standard market practice to a young, fragmented market — the same role a commodities desk plays in more established markets, applied to compute.

How we operate
We operate as an independent trading desk. We are not a cloud provider and not a marketplace — we have no capacity of our own to push and no platform to lock clients into. Our position is taken on behalf of the transaction.
Commercial terms are negotiated to the requirement: term, pricing mechanics, delivery conditions and credit structure. Counterparty confidentiality is default, on both sides.
